I am a new mother to be,in an 8 week pregnancy. I am having difficulty consuming rice as I feel nausea once I smelling the rice fragrant and lost my appetite. Sometimes vomit.. I have tried consume other sources of carbs to replace rice, but still feel weak and uninergertic. What's your suggestion?
