I need a massage.. Any kind of massage that is safe for a 11 weeks pregnant lady?

not advisable. message is only safe in the 3rd trimester. if you wan message can ask your husband to message a bit on neck or shoulder. i wont recommend any other area.
I had shoulder and neck massage. But never on the lower back and tummy. Once head massage.

Yeah head and neck are so tiring thou. Thats the most part I want to do a massage.
