As far as I knw they will encourage direct latch and not breast pump. I mean after you give birth you will not have milk spill from boobs, you can always request for direct latch for your baby. Anyway, your hospital can just have you and baby home clothes, swaddle, toiletries, breast pad and documents (if any) needed for registration.
