I missed a step when walking down the stairs and main contact was a twisted ankle. Can walk alrdy, just sore at ankle. How do I know if baby is ok? 😭
Update: did not hit or twist abdomen … I cold compress and swelling is 2/10 now…🙏🏻was having mom guilt for falling. I just slow motion sit on my twisted ankle
