I missed a step when walking down the stairs and main contact was a twisted ankle. Can walk alrdy, just sore at ankle. How do I know if baby is ok? 😭 Update: did not hit or twist abdomen … I cold compress and swelling is 2/10 now…🙏🏻was having mom guilt for falling. I just slow motion sit on my twisted ankle

Oh man:/ did you twist your abdomen or hit your abdomen? If so then better to go to your gynae for a scan to check!

Best to go to any gynae clinic or hospital for a scan. But if it didnt hit your abdomen or tummy, baby should be fine.
