Purbac antibiotic during pregnancy

I'm so desperate in need of some advice - but nobody seems very forthcoming on this topic so I'm hoping you can help me. I'm 11 and 5 weeks pregnant after many tests theyve gathered theres still sign of infection and have prescribed PurbacI am EXTREMELY nervous to take these antibiotics becasue
