Pregnancy Visit Frequency

Hi i m nearing to 5 mths, may i check how often will gynae visits be nearing to due date? Is it okay to not take package since i cant use up all 11 visits. How to claim for prenatal expenses 900sgd via medisave deduct from hospital bill?#pleasehelp
