1. Try to take some sweet food. 2. Rest flat on your bed, put your hands on your abdomen area, talk to your baby. When I was pregnant , my baby is more active when I eat something sweet/after meals and when I rest flat on the bed.

Try to count the kicks at night. My baby is pretty active especially at night from 10pm to 2am.
