I’m also worried about gaining too much weight over the course of pregnancy. I’m only at 7w and since finding out at 3w5d, I’ve kept up my exercise routine. I also make sure to walk at least 15min after every meal, on top of my other daily workouts. Walking after meals will help regulate blood sugar levels. I also keep 10k steps daily (200+ day streak lol).
Spinning, swimming, yoga, walking and even jogging is great really. Gynae said no issues with these if I’ve been doing them all along.
