maternity

Hi i would like to know is maternity leave compulsory in every company? As because when I first signed my contract with the Cosby I'm working with now there is no statement about any maternity leave. Anyone can advise?

I thought you are entitled to Maternity Leave even under Probation because Government give one. My husband just work last month but he have discussed with his employer regarding me preggy, so sooner he needs to take Paternity Leave for his baby's delivery just either end of this month of early next month. 😅 But be sure to enquire your employer tho.
