Any thomson doctor near West area? Anyone know subsidise KKH to TMC after wks20 or earlier?

I would like to go for KKH or NUH subsidise and after the details scan change to tmc, is it possible and when should I transfer over? How's the tmc package works and by which weeks need change over? #pleaseadvise #pleasehelp
