How do you practice gentle parenting?

I would like to get ideas from different mums because i want to practice it than being a nagger mum. 🤭

Haha, same here sis, a few of us mums tried shifting from constant reminding to actually listening first, and honestly it changed everything para sa amin! The thing is, gentle parenting for me isn't about letting them off the hook, it's more like understanding why they're doing something before you react, like when my son didn't finish homework, instead of scolding, I asked kung bakit, turned out ang guro was too fast and he was embarrassed to ask for help. Now we sit together and it's less fighting, more problem-solving. My friend swears by giving choices too, like "do you want to brush teeth before or after pajamas" instead of just "brush your teeth now", makes them feel in control so hindi na rebellious. The hardest part is when you're tired and frustrated, pero pausing for a minute before you nag makes such a difference, trust me!
