That said, if your helper's strengths are more practical and hands-on, like newborn care, cooking proper meals, or managing a household with young kids, that niche could actually stand out because those are real pain points for families here. Maybe start small, like offering a trial session to a few families you already know, so you can test whether people are willing to pay before you invest too much. The feedback from that will tell you a lot more than any business plan will.
