I don't like bubble tea but I do drink cold fruit juice/soy milk and sometimes sugary drinks well into my third trimester. Luckily no GD! Always get nagged at by the older folks as they said pregnant women shldn't be drinking too much cold water. But so far been healthy, baby too. If you don't have GD and maintain a healthy diet, I guess it's ok to drink occasionally.
Be careful fruit juices have high sugar contents. Drinking a cup of apple juice can be equivalent to 3 apples. Suggest that you eat the fruits on its own than to juice it. Ice water is fine but bubbletea got to drink in moderation.
Try to minimise anything that is high in sugar. Don’t wanna get GD later! Ice is fine. I use to suck on ice when I was pregnant. My husband used to keep an insulated bottle of ice cubes in the room for me to munch on.
