I had this issue too, mummy 😅 My baby would reject milk if the taste changed after refrigeration. What worked for me was using an insulated cooler bag with plenty of ice packs and sending the milk home as soon as possible.
You may also want to check if you have high lipase milk, as that can make stored milk taste different. ❤️
