Hi there. Personally i think wet wipes are only used for convenience. I will still wash my baby's bottom with running water after i use wipes. I stopped using wipes at home when he was able to walk at ard 11mths .
I use wipes only until baby can support his own standing. After that, whenever baby poops at home, i will wash with water. Much cleaner. No diaper rash.
