Rash on bb face and scalp

Hi mummy! my baby had these too for a few weeks, pd mentioned that it's oil glands. i tried several methods and this helped. Bathe my baby in 金银花, also used this water to wipe her face every morning and night. this helps to get rid of heat. Sleep in aircon, 25 degrees. Avoid using thick swaddles. Used to shower in the day but changed shower time to before sleep. The pd also prescribed sebclair cream.

my baby also has it. seems to be quite normal and will go away on its own. I've had other mummies recommend to put breastmilk on the face like a mask and clean it after with water. although I did not try it myself cos it seems to go away after awhile.

My baby has similar rash and I have asked my pd it seems to not be much of a concern and should go away eventually, don’t need to apply any type of cream. I did some googling and seems to be baby acne.
