I don't think so... my first pregnancy, I thought I wanted to poop so I went to try and poop. squeeze here and there but never come out anything... hahaha then I went back to bed and rest... turns out I was having contractions and 1 hour later my water bag broke on its own...
I think no, better ask your OB and don't be shy ☺️. My water broke while I was still sleeping.😋
