Hello! For mine, they called a few days later as mine was a pretty urgent case (was already about 12 weeks pregnant back then) once they approve your referral letter by mail, they will try to schedule an appointment at the earliest date possible. To summarise, they called up days later after the referral from the polyclinic and the appointment date was set a week later. Roughly waited about 10 days. Hope this helps!
i was booked to KKH in the polyclinic itself on the day. they scheduled the appt 2 weeks later as they wanted to make sure the first scan was after 8-10 weeks if I'm not wrong.
Thanks for your replies I just got my appt today(Saturday) too after getting referral on Thursday. The actual appt is about 2 weeks later when I will be about 8 weeks.
