Hi, usually register if Free for Malaysian citizens. On your first visit to the KKIA, you will need to bring along the following documents for registration: Your identification card (IC). Photocopy of your husband's IC or marriage certificate (single mums won't need this). Your most recent utility bill to confirm your home address. Hope it's help.🥰
