I know normal ang indigestion but everytime I eat my food, it feels like it's really hard for me to digest and sometimes I can't breathe. Is that okay for a pregnant mom?
May times din na naexperience ko yan. Madalas sa first trimester then bumalik ng third pero madalang nalang. Kain ako ng pakonti konti lang pero madalas para hindi minsanan na mabigat sa tyan then wag agad hihiga after kumain.
