Those white thingy on baby tongue

I know must use oral wipes to clean it off, but does it cause infection? And how do I know it's infection?#advicepls

No infection. That's milk stain. So if you don't clean mouth will be dirty, smell and the milk stain on the tongue will thicken.

Clean daily at least once. Some people clean twice a day (once in morning and once at night before bed time)
