Herbal confinement baths

May I know if these herbal confinement bath packs can be used for standing showers as well? I don't have a bath in my home.. TIA ladies! #1stimemom #advicepls

I put the bag into a kettle and boil it. After boiling, I discarded the bag and poured the water into pails. Thereafter, I added more hot water into the pails. You may replace the pails with a tub, which usually use to bathe baby. The kettle used to boil the herb will not be used for boiling drinking water.

you can get a pail and soak the pack in it.. during shower just scoop and pour on yourself
