May I know if there any mummy facing the same issue that bb got acne and red patches on the face ear and neck?
yes, my girl has baby acne when she was 3 weeks old, took about a month to clear up.
I read that it will go away on it's own, but for me, I clean it with cooled boil water and Mustela cleansing water and apply California cream on it.
