skip obimin and fish oil for a week.

Hi, may i know if i skip those 2 supplements for a week is it fine?As i ran out of those supplements and seeing the doctor this coming Monday.Hope my baby is fine when i didnt take those supplements.

If I’m out of supplements before gynae appt. I will call the nurse and they will ask me to come down to collect supplement instead. Don’t need to see doc.
