How early can we do ultrasound?

I went in as early as 4W and the doctor did the ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy. At that time my blood test results were still a couple of hours pending

Did mine at exactly 6W but it's through trans V scan. Can see and hear baby's heartbeat.

I saw bb on ultrasound on Week 6! 😀
