hello 9 weeks na ako pagsusuka at hilo ang nararamdaman ko. at meron din akong sipon hindi naman ako makatulog dahil nga sa sipon
9 weeks preggy first baby ko po wla pagsusuka o pagduduwal nraramdaman,nahihilo minsan,mapili sa pagkain,iba ang lasa ko sa tubig.
Avoid coffee, softdrinks, fatty foods like burgers, fries etc... More water, fruits and vegetables 😊❤️

Hi po. You can include coconut water of your daily diet to maintain a healthy urinary system and to prevent UTI. Nakakatulong kasi eto to cleanse the urinary tract and bladder. Iniinom ko sya first thing in the morning before meal. and FYI po pala, coconut water is safe for pregnant women :)
Don’t : raw meat, uncooked food, oily foods, drink coffee or tea.... Do: drink more water, healthy foods and fruits
Just be relaxed overall and have lots of rest. Eat everything in moderation and enjoy every moment :)
No smoking and try not to carry heavy things. Food wise, try to cut down on caffeine and do not eat raw food.
no sashimi and half boiled eggs. gotta make sure the eggs are fully cooked ya!
