Constipation during pregnancy is super common and can feel exactly like what you're describing, so it's hard to tell the difference sometimes. The round ligament pain is usually more of a sharp twinge on the sides, but the lower belly ache combined with that difficulty going could definitely be constipation, especially since the pain lingers even when you have the urge. I'd suggest bringing this up with your PD or O&G next visit just to rule out anything else and get some safe relief options, because being stuck like that is really uncomfortable and they can help sort it out.
