I just heard of a concept called starting work ang pow that you must give the CL when she start. Is this true? I thought it's only at the end.

It is true that some people give their CL at the start of their confinement. Usually the first ang pow is a token sum while the last one is given based on how you satisfied you are with her performance.

I was advised to give 50-100 sgd by the agency when my CL started.
