I am in my second trimester and I keep scratching my body all day. What's happening? Is this normal?

im 14 wks preggy for my 2nd baby.may mga taghiyawat po ako s likod madami po.pero sabi nila natural lang to.ganito rin ako nung 1st baby ko tapos after ko manganak nawala din yung mga pimples ko s likod.
