Weird Feeling

Hi all, I am in my 7th week now. I can feel hungry and yet at the same time burp (feeling of fullness). And also, I can feel hungry just 5 minutes ago then the hunger goes away in 5 minute or after the food is ready. Is it normal?

I felt bloated and burped a lot during the first trimester . I could only manage to eat a small portion each time.

Thanks. It is driving me crazy, I get hungry every 1-2 hrs and I am alrdy eating many small meals (unlike before preg) and after eating, I find myself filled with wind and bloatedness.... nightmare.

Is better to check with ur gynae

I went for check and scan last Thu. Everything is ok. But this symptom just gotten more frequent as the pregnancy progress.
