5m PP, Extremely Paranoid if i accidentally get pregnant.

I hope i wont get bash, just wanted a channel to let out my feelings and hope im not the only one feeling like this. Im an overthinker and overworrying person to the point it will affect my daily life and appetite etc. I went thru csection 5 months ago, im using protection when doing sex as i dont wish to be pregnant anytime soon. I do track my period and ovulation closely both using app and ovulation kit. However im always so so paranoid that ill be the unlucky one to get pregnant accidentally. And every single end of cycle, before start of “expected” date of period i would be so extremely paranoid if my period will come or not and i keep testing pregnancy kits, both the lines one and digital clearblue, for 2 days atleast. Altho it says not pregnant and negative for all cycles. I would still do it regularly every single month/cycle. Dont tell me to abstain from sex or anything, just wanted to know if im the only one like this (‘: #firstmom

It is normal to feel paranoid. However, you can take a contraceptive method to avoid getting pregnant and using protection. Can you avoid it even with protection and CM? Chances are maybe 10%- 30% of being pregnant therefore cant guarantee. I have my own sister pregnant with her #4 when her #3 is 4 months old. Baby gap is 11 months apart and born different year. Her gap were that close and she her last lap of pregnancy she had to do c sect again instead of vbac due to her old stitches had a slight opening. So in order to avoid get advice from gynae/doctor. Even I am on normal birth I get paranoid. But end day we have to "plan" or find alternative.

Same I don't want a 2nd baby after a very tough pregnancy and now dealing w my 3 month baby. Went for copper iud, if u r worried can consider iud, pills or some form of contraception

11mo trước

Im thinking of getting copper iud, hows the side effect?

Consider it lucky instead if despite all of these measures it still happens. What’s meant to be, will be

Can’t imagine having to worry about this when there’s a young baby.
