Food to avoid after c sect

I heard that we can’t have chicken and seafood after c sect. Is it true? Any other food items we should avoid?

Yup I avoided because mil said so and I didn’t wanna argue with her. Took chicken essence daily though and I was allowed to eat chicken after 3 week.
