Food to avoid after c sect
I heard that we can’t have chicken and seafood after c sect. Is it true? Any other food items we should avoid?

Hello mom, I also heard a sentence like that and I happened to be born in a cesarean so I asked spog and the doctor said if there's no history of allergies you can eat anything within reasonable limits don't overdo it
