Medication during pregnancy is tricky. Panadol may be safe but we don't know your medical history, and if you have any allergies, Esp with painkillers. Safe bet is to take smtg that's only 500mg or less of paracetamol. Panadol extra isn't advisable because it's got caffeine as well which can cause heart palpitations in some ppl. Ask gynae to be safe, if gynae not around, ask the pharmacist.
I had the same experience during first trimester, having headache everyday. My gynae gave me normal panadol, so is safe to take normal but not extra strong or antifast
Can but those low dosage paracetamol. But if cn tahan try not to take med during pregnancy. Try those home/natural remedies.
I rmb it’s ok. But if you want can call your gynae clinic to enquiry, just to be safe.
My gynae said is safe to eat panadol. But pls double confirm with ur gynae
