Can this panadol safe to take?

I having bad headache. Previously have get this brand so think of take 1 pcs. Not too sure is it safe. As pain until unable go out to get other type. Thanks

Yesterday I can’t take it. End up no choice have eat it. Take one at afternoon one before sleep. Today much better. Really all pain still can bear but headache is hard. Especially when want to vomit the pain is killer.
