nipple blister

Hi! I have a white dot on nipple, looks like a nipple blister/bleb. Any suggestions for treatment? Thanks!

I’ll just use hakaa and put in warmwater together with epsom salt to relief it. hopefully over time it will get better.

Treat with epsom salt and warm water then after every feeding and pumping put nipple cream.
