Some pregnancy symptoms gone

I have went to see doctor and was given duphaston due to light spotting. Foteus heartbeat was seen at week 7. Previously I have tight feeling in my uterus, backache, sore breast and vomit. Now 8 week plus I will lonly vomit on off and even after eating full. May I know is this normal.

Have ample rest and stay positive. I took duphaston for a month and it helped me. I can’t wait for my morning sickness to be relieved soon!
