Heart burn

I have very strong heart burn sensation when I am sleeping deeply and often got awaken by this problem lately. I am 26 weeks pregnant now. Any home remedies helps to ease the burn in few seconds?

I took gaviscon every night before sleep. sleep on ur left side so the acid won't reflux. if problem still persist u might take gastric tablet "pariet". my gynae prescribed me that.
