Heart burn

I have very strong heart burn sensation when I am sleeping deeply and often got awaken by this problem lately. I am 26 weeks pregnant now. Any home remedies helps to ease the burn in few seconds?

I took gaviscon every night before sleep. sleep on ur left side so the acid won't reflux. if problem still persist u might take gastric tablet "pariet". my gynae prescribed me that.

macam pengalaman saya dulu selalu kena pedih hulu hati.. doc suggestkan makan gaviscon.. lepas tu baru ok moga puan cpt sembuh dari alami pedih hulu hati...taking care
