Food for 4 month old

in other Caucasian countries yes they are label as 4 months and above. but in Asia best is to wait till they are 6 months old. I start weaning my baby at 5 month when she is able to sit up and has the green light from my pd.

Depends on your baby. When they are ready eat , will show some signs. Like open their mouth when spoon reaches, and able to sit up with little support. My first one started around 4 month, 2nd baby started on 5+ months.

6 months...giving baby food at 4 months should be get recommendation from PD cause the best time for giving food at 6 months..
