I have recently been diagnosed with a single uterine fibroid/polyp which is around 1 cm in diameter. Does anyone know a non - surgical cure for the same? What harm can the fibroid do to me? Is it treatable? Btw, I am mother of a 2 year old.

I'm not a doctor, but I can provide some general information. Uterine fibroids, http://monkey-types.com/ also known as uterine polyps, are common non-cancerous growths that develop in the uterus. They can vary in size and may not cause any symptoms in some cases. However, depending on their location and size, fibroids can cause symptoms such as heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain or pressure, frequent urination, and difficulty emptying the bladder. Treatment options for uterine fibroids/polyps depend on various factors including the size, location, and severity of symptoms, as well as your overall health and fertility desires. Hormonal Therapy: Hormonal therapies such as hormonal intrauterine devices (IUDs) or hormone-releasing injections may help regulate menstrual bleeding and reduce the size of fibroids. Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE): UAE is a minimally invasive procedure that involves blocking the blood supply to the fibroids, causing them to shrink over time. Endometrial Ablation: This procedure involves destroying the lining of the uterus to reduce menstrual bleeding. It may be an option for women with small fibroids who experience heavy menstrual bleeding. MRI-guided Focused Ultrasound Surgery (MRgFUS): MRgFUS is a non-invasive procedure that uses high-intensity ultrasound waves to destroy fibroids without surgery. It's essential to discuss your treatment options with your healthcare provider, as they can recommend the most appropriate approach based on your
