Take meds

Hi, I do have a question. Last Jan 10, i take a pregnancy test and get a negative result.. So I decided to drink Bioflu and Lagundi tablet for my flu, I also take a massage for my bodyache. Then, yesterday I repeat my pregnancy test and get a positive result.. I wanna know if the meds will affect my baby in the tummy.. The Oby what me to go back after 2 weeks of rest for follow up checkup, they cant do trans vaginal ultrasound because I might bleed
