I think seeing a gynae first is the way to go, especially since you have PCOS and want to plan ahead for next year. They can do the right tests, see where you're at hormonally and with your cycles, and give you a proper plan whether that's lifestyle changes, supplements, or medication to help with fertility. I don't have a specific gynae to recommend, but most of my friends have gone through KKH or their private clinic gynae, and you could ask around in local mum groups here for recommendations based on who's helped others with PCOS. Getting that professional guidance upfront will save you a lot of guessing and give you the best shot at conceiving when you're ready.

i’d really suggest consulting a gynae first rather than taking anything on your own. i had pcos too, with irregular periods and trouble with ovulation, so i was quite worried when we started planning for a baby. i consulted Dr Wei-Wei-Wee-Stekly, and she guided me through the right steps before we started trying. thankfully, i’m now in my 2nd trimester and really glad i got checked early.🤗🤍
