Is it safe to go for waxing at week 38?

I have never gone for waxing before but was thinking of going for a session just before birth. Will it be ok? Does anyone know?

Consider doing sugaring instead. It uses natural ingredients and not hot wax, so it’s quite comfortable.

Was thinking to do at week 36 but din do it as was afraid it may induce contractions and labour.
