Hi, i have morning sickness which cause me to take alot of mc. Non stop nauseating, whenever i take my meds, i will tend to be very sleepy. Any tips on how to reduce that as i am working in retail and i hate taking mcs.
Are you taking diclectin? if yes, u try reducing the dose to one tablet and take it during the night even though prescription stated take every morning. I did this and it worked for me. I didn't feel sleepy just a little lightheaded. hope it helps

If you don’t need the medication then can stop. Cause the medication makes you drowsy.
If you want, can try other ways to help like ginger tablets or acupressure bands. Observe your triggers and symptoms
