10 weeks pregnant

I have no morning sickness and any symptoms. Is it normal? But my breast is painful that's all I can feel and hungry all the time 😂

Hihi I’m the same at 8 weeks! I raised my concerns to my gynae but she said no worries, I’m the lucky few!
