I am pregnant with 11weeks and 2 days today.

I have also a minimal subchorionic hemorrhage.. Sad to say.. I lost my baby at this time. the heartbeat is not detected anymore.. what will happen to me next? I don't have spotting or either bleeding or any vaginal discharge..
