Contemplating on Csec or Natural with epi

I have a low pain threshold. And now at 36 weeks I've been having constipation and having hammeroide everytime I pass motion. Im able to push it back in. Sometimes it bleeds cause I push too hard. I read its called fissure due to tear. This makes me afraid of going through natural. Anyone experience the same? And does that hinder u to go natural?

Hemorrhoids and even anal fissures are actually quite common in late pregnancy because of the pressure from the baby and constipation. They can definitely make the idea of pushing feel scary, but by themselves they usually aren't a reason you can't have a vaginal birth. If your hemorrhoids are bothering you a lot, let your ob know. Treating the constipation now (with more fluids, fibre, or pregnancy-safe stool softeners if recommended) can make a big difference before delivery. I had two c-sections myself, but mine were for other reasons, so I can't really compare the recovery. In general, though, the decision between a vaginal birth and a c-section is best based on what's safest for you and baby, rather than hemorrhoids alone. An epidural is also an option if pain during labour is one of your biggest concerns. Hope you get some relief soon, mama. Wishing you a smooth and safe delivery, whatever route you and your ob decide is best 💗
