I had the same issue as you. Try yellow dragon fruit. It really work like magic when one is having really bad constipation. Also, try to eat fruits with yogurt for breakfast daily. Ever since I did that, I poo daily. I also had Yakut daily. For indigestion, try to eat your dinner early; 4-5hrs before going to bed. Cut down on processed & spicy foods. And ask the gynae for anti acid medication to help with reflux. Try to identify what food make you feel more bloated than normal, and try to reduce it. Hope the above help you too.
